Sherwood Observatory Guest Speaker Session
Our guest speaker for August will be Mike Frost FRAS, Historical Director of the British Astronomical Association, who will be giving a talk on the Yerkes Observatory, founded in 1892 and located in Wisconsin USA.
The session will be held in our planetarium - please note this will not be a full-dome 360 degree presentation.
The event will commence at 8pm and arrivals after this time will unfortunately not be permitted.
Please plan your journey to arrive no earlier than 7.30pm when the doors will be opened for admittance.
